This class is the equivalent to traditional Hatha yoga. It is a calming yoga class that emphasizes gentle flowing movements and focused breathing, helping participants find relaxation, flexibility, and strength in the comfort of their own home. A great class to settle the mind and challenge yourself after a long hardworking day Great for beginners and intermediate yogi’s.
