Rahnee "Hanuman" Haskins
Salutations! Founded and led by Rahnee "Hanuman" Haskins, a dedicated yoga instructor, mindfulness teacher, and experienced school youth counselor, hOMeAsana Holistic Wellness offers more than just movement — it’s a full-spectrum experience of physical, emotional, and energetic alignment. Hanuman brings over eight years of personal practice and five years of teaching experience, including a 200-hour YTT from Onyx Yoga Studio and a 500-hour YTT from Gopi Yoga Center. As a disciple of Rev. Jaganath Carrera of the Yoga Life Society, Hanuman integrates traditional wisdom with modern-day accessibility. His commitment to providing a safe, nurturing space is matched by his deep compassion and understanding — especially for families, children, and older adults navigating change, stress, or transition.
OM Shanti
I blend modern wellness practices with traditional yogic wisdom — rooted in 500+ hours of teacher training and lifelong learning.
My approach is gentle, intuitive, and person-centered — I meet you where you are, physically and emotionally.
With experience as a certified school youth counselor, I bring emotional intelligence, patience, and trauma-informed care — especially in working with children, teens, and families.
I create accessible, inclusive spaces — for people who’ve never stepped onto a mat before and those returning after life transitions.
hOMeAsana is not just a business — it’s a mission to help you come home to yourself through breath, movement, and mindfulness.
Whether you are a parent craving self-care, a young person needing grounding, or someone seeking balance in the second half of life, our tailored offerings are designed for real people with real lives. We honor your unique journey and meet you where you are — at home, in the park, or online.

What makes hOMeAsana Holistic Wellness different from a traditional yoga studio?
At hOMeAsana, we focus on personalized, holistic wellness — not just physical exercise. Sessions are tailored to your goals and comfort, blending yoga, meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness. Plus, we meet you where you are: in your home, in the park, or online.
I’m new to yoga — will I be able to keep up?
Absolutely! Our sessions are designed to be welcoming and accessible for all experience levels. Whether it’s your first time on the mat or you’re returning after a break, we’ll go at your pace and build from wherever you are.
What ages do you work with?
We work with clients of all ages — from young children to seniors. Special programs are available for parents and kids (Mommy & Me), teens, adults over 50, and everyone in between.

In-person sessions are available in your home, at a local park, or a mutually agreed-upon space. We prioritize your comfort and convenience so you can relax and focus on your practice.
What should I bring to a session?
Just bring yourself and a yoga mat, if you have one. Comfortable clothes, water, and an open heart are all you need. We’ll take care of the rest together.
Do you offer virtual classes?
