Join us for a refreshing outdoor yoga experience that blends mindful movement, fresh air, and the beauty of nature. Our Yoga in the Park Series is designed for all levels — from curious beginners to seasoned yogis — and offers a unique opportunity to deepen your practice while surrounded by the calming energy of the outdoors.

Each class will include:

  • Gentle warm-up & breathwork to awaken your body and mind.
  • Accessible yoga flow to build strength, balance, and flexibility.
